Sipping on this fun blue coconut rum cocktail is making me wish I was on vacay for the holidays. 🏝️ 🍹 a girl can dream, right?!

Ingredients for 1 serving

1 oz white rum
1 oz blue curaçao
2 oz cream of coconut
3 oz pineapple juice
Optional, coconut flakes for rim and pineapple slice for garnish

Steps:

Rum a glass with sweetened coconut flakes.
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into medium-sized glass with ice and garnish with pineapple slice.

She ready for monsieur pear noël with this ginger bourbon-pear cider cocktail ✨🎅🏽

Ingredients for 1 serving:

3 oz pear cider
2 oz bourbon or rum if preferred
Splash of ginger ale
Optional, sliced pear & cinnamon stick for garnish

Steps:

Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar.
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glass of choice filled with ice. Add a splash on ginger ale and garnish with pear slices and cinnamon stick (mine submerging into the drink 🤣).

5 days of easy cocktails coming at y’a ✨🥂 Starting off with my love for an espresso martini and oat-nog — the perfect drink to get in the festive spirit!

Ingredients to make oat-nog espresso martini
(Serves 1)

1 oz vodka or rum
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz espresso
3-4 oz eggnog or dairy-free option (I used @earthsown)
Optional, pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon and coffee bean for garnish

Steps:

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into martini glass of choice. Garnish with pinch of nutmeg and coffee bean.

No-fuss appetizer? Say less. Marinated mushroom crostini with whipped herbed goat cheese ✨

We’re pretty much just slicing bread, baking it in the oven, throwing all of the ingredients for the whipped goat cheese in a food processor and using store-bought marinated mushrooms. Serve it on a cute platter and voilà! ✨

Ingredients:

200 grams goat cheese
100 grams cream cheese
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
zest of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp chives, chopped + divided
2 tbsp flat leaf parsley
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & pepper, to taste
1 French baguette, thinly sliced & toasted in oven
1 garlic clove
1 jar store-bought marinated mushrooms (I use @sardofoods )

steps:

To make the whipped goat cheese, simply add the goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, chives, parsley, red pepper flakes and salt + pepper to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
You can make the night before.

For the toasted baguette, preheat oven to 400F. Add the sliced baguette in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven until lightly golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. No need to flip. Set aside and let cool slightly until ready to handle and rub each slice with the garlic on top.

To assemble crostini, simply spread the whipped goat cheese mixture on each slice of toasted baguette and add a spoonful of marinated mushrooms. Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
