The second Spring rolls around and the weather is actually warm enough to put away our winter gear, I creep back to my ways and adorn myself in denim or, as the fashion world would call it, my Canadian Tuxedo. I love the look of a head-to-toe denim ensemble, and it has evolved into a chic sartorial trend. Although I favor pairing my blue jeans with a button down chambray shirt, this time around I wanted to amp up this favorite trend of mine with a closet essential, the denim jacket with a dress. Surprisingly, with my love for denim, I actually didn’t own said closet essential, so I made my way to the new Sears Canada and got the cutest head-to-toe look for under $150. Say what!?!
From the cutest accessories to camis, tees, dresses and more, the Sears Private Label collection has your everyday closet essentials at amazing prices, and the quality is definitely worth mentioning. If there’s something you should know about me when it comes to shopping, is that I love investing in quality items that I can pair easily with many pieces I already own. Well, this light wash denim jacket was such a steal at $30.00 and I know that it will stand the test of time. That’s truly why I love this new collection at Sears. It’s perfect for a girl like me who looks for quality closet essentials but also really appreciates major savings!
Pairing this new beloved jacket with the cutest comfortable dress, along with these gorgeous heels and my favorite spring/summer accessory, a wide brim hat. I am seriously loving this look and so happy I tried a different pairing than my usual go-to for this trend. Now I’m already planning a second trip to Sears to pick up this gorgeous laser cut crossbody bag in white and the willow round sunnies so I can channel my inner John Lenon. I also love me a statement pant with a fun print, and these Capri pant in charcoal plaid are giving me life!
