For the second year in a row, New Year’s dinner was held at our house and it was a success! Although I felt nowhere near ready for it (as usual), our Asian themed meal was the BOMB and surprisingly, serving water infused with cucumber was a hit. If I learned anything from last year’s dinner, is that those who partied it up the night before, are in need of hydration and/or coffee. How could something so simple as a cucumber in water be so delicious? Well, my answer is very much like a child’s would be…It just is!
