2–4 High Liner® Signature Cuts® English Style Battered Haddock Fillets
For the Dill Tartar Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons dill, chopped
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
1 tsp caper brine
Salt + pepper to taste
For the Sandwich
2–4 brioche buns
½ cup shredded cabbage
Optional, slice pickles and cheese
In the preheated oven at 425F., bake the High Liner® Signature Cuts® English Style Battered Haddock Fillets on a large baking sheet with parchment paper for 22-24 minutes or until the fish is nicely golden.
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dill tartar sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Toast the buns and spread tartar sauce on both sides of the bun. Place the fillet on the bottom bun, followed by some shredded cabbage, and sliced pickles, and sandwich together. Serve immediately.
