Vitamin C Booster Strawberry Citrus Pineapple Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1/2 blood orange
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, blood orange and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in bowls with favorite toppings. I used blueberries, a mixture of grains and seeds, and a little drizzle of yogurt.

Notes

If you don’t own a blender, you may use a food processor.

If you’d prefer a drinkable smoothie, then add a little more liquid.

I used water, but coconut water, milk, or yogurt could work as well.
