In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions- drain well.
To make avocado sauce, combine avocado, basil, spinach, EVOO, water, garlic, and minced chili peppers in the blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine pasta and avocado sauce.
Top it off with some parmesan and basil for garnish.
