Strawberry-peach oat smoothie — Perfect breakfast for the busy mama on-the-go. Gluten-free, Vegan, and oh so delish!
1 cup peaches, chopped
1 cup strawberries
1/3 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup oat milk (or more until desired consistency)
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
For thicker consistency, add 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 1 cup of ice.
